Xavier Roger, stepped up to the helm in 2014, as Managing Director. He keeps overseeing all winemaking and contracts with co-operatives and growers, while leading the management board comprising Sales Director Cédric Duquenoy, LGI China Sales Director Jérome Sabate, Production Manager Eric Roure and Financial Director Laurent Gazeau - all of whom have been at LGI for a minimum of 8 years.
